The most beautiful woods where I have mountain biked
I also went to Vallee Brass du Nord and it is great!!! It is a network of about 16 Km in a remote but beautiful location. Probably the most beautiful woods where I have mountain biked. And the trails are amazing, specially the further ones. If you go there don't miss: Descente Aux Enfers, Chute a Gilles, Tomahawk

I'll definitely be back
Last October, while at a conference in Quebec City I happened upon an amazing mountain bike adventure..... my favorite of kinds.
On this trip, while I didn't yet know it...... I was about to meet great people, and see fabulous trails.
By chance, I met with Gilles Mornea of Quebec City. I learned he builds mountain bike trails out in the St. Raymond area - Vallee Bras du Nord and he invited me to come out and take a look.
Vallee Bras du Nord
I was impressed. We rode and explored the entire day out at Vallee Bras du Nord. It was a 45 minute drive from Quebec City.
I loved the flowy trails, the suspension bridge, having lunch by a scenic creek, and the water fall. Cabins being built for overnight stays was also a pleasant surprise.
A hard working crew building even more trails were out working the day I was there.
Really nice to see. It was obvious, lots of effort was being put into these trails. The trails I saw were designed so that all levels of riders could enjoy them -advanced to novice.
Vallee Bras du Nord is a serene, peaceful riding place: now on my “Canadian Favorites” list.
I'll definitely be back
